My DIY-Projects

Vertical charcoal grill

I used a propane bottle to make this vertical charcoal grill. To turn the meat I use the rotisserie of my Weber propane-grill.

Multi-purpose oven

I originally wanted an oven to make “Tarte Flambée”. As the project progressed, I saw other uses for it. The first addition I did was to install a secondary oven to produce smoke. The smoke is cooled off by going under ground. This allows to “cold-smoke” things like salmon. The bottom fire compartment is perfect for “low-and-slow” BBQ.

Dressing with ironing table

The dressing has a mechanism to vertically store the ironing table as a drawer when not needed. There is also space and power outlet for a network scanner/printer.

Garden shed

We use it to store Gasgrill, Smoker, Garden Chairs, etc. in the winter. In the summer I use it as an outdoor kitchen.

Outdoor spots

I use 3 Shelly Dimmers that can be controlled by Home Assistant. The spots are 220V.
